Thus, the whole attention is concentrated on it and the body and mind become relaxed and normal. Also, since the heart rate is regular, the blood pressure will decrease; Relieves stress. This exercise can be done for 5 to 10 minutes.

2.Stay in touch with this earth!

It is also an exercise to walk a short distance away from home without any thought. No sandals. Walk into the street with bare feet. Walk a little further.

Let the gentle morning and evening breeze gently blow on your face. As your feet touch the ground, imagine that you are standing on top of the planet Earth,

`We are on this earth, we are connected to the earth, we are close'. A five-minute walk is enough; Realize this. The tension you have will start to decrease gradually.

3.Smile is medicine!

It's simple science! Are you stressed? Your body secretes more of the stress hormone cortisol. Are you belly laughing? Cortisol secretion decreases and endorphin hormone secretion which helps stimulate the brain increases.

Eating sweets in moderation is good for the mind. Eating dark chocolate (1.4 ounces) every two weeks can help lower stress hormones, says one study.

Don't think about anything else while eating chocolate; Savor that taste and sweetness. This is also a mental exercise. Chocolate can also help maintain mental health.
