The immune system is our body's natural fighter.  We are currently spoiling it with modern life and diet. If we keep it well then, no disease will come to us.  Here are some natural diets that can help keep that immune system at its best

 1.Neem and turmeric

You should take eight to 10 neem leaves in your mouth on an empty stomach and chew it every day before your morning sadhana.

It is very important to keep it in your mouth as it will give good results. Keep it chewed in your mouth for one to two hours. Do not wash or swallow it, let it remain in the mouth. Do your Sadhana with it.

Consume turmeric every morning. Allow the yolk to sit in the stomach for at least an hour before you eat anything else. It will do wonders for you. Organic turmeric is best.


2.Honey and pepper with gooseberry

Lightly crush black pepper or green chilies along with gooseberry and soak them in honey the night before. Take three spoons three times a day. 

Eating it on an empty stomach will give you good results. If you do this, within four to eight weeks, you will see a significant improvement in your immune system.


3.Hot water


Drink warm water four to five times a day. It can be just hot water, or you can add some coriander or mint to it or add a pinch of turmeric or even some lemon juice and make it a habit to drink it.


4.Orange


Orange is a fruit available at any time of the year. They are well known for being packed with immune-boosting vitamin C. Each type of orange has more than 100% benefits. 

Its vitamin C helps prevent cell damage, promote collagen production, lower your stress hormone cortisol levels, and lower your blood pressure. Can help prevent or reduce colds.

5.Old rice



Consuming this ancient rice as a morning snack keeps the body light and at the same time active. Covering it with water overnight creates millions of good bacteria. 

Drinking this the next day will reduce body heat and cure ulcer, stomachache etc. Old rice is rich in anti-inflammatory factors. When consumed, the good bacteria in it protect the body's internal organs and keep the body always on alert to fight disease-causing germs. 

This can prevent many problems that occur frequently in the body.
